We offer free shipping for ANY orders over the value of $150.
Delivery times for Australian orders are usually 3-6 business days from the time of order.* A dispatch confirmation email displaying your track and trace number will be sent once your order leaves our warehouse.
*Please be advised this can be longer, if there is a public holiday, or we are in a busy sale period.
All deliveries are made by registered courier and will require a signature. We recommend providing your work address or other suitable daytime address for delivery to ensure someone is available to accept your delivery in person. If no-one is available to accept delivery in person, a calling card will be left and the parcel will be taken to the nearest Post Office to await collection
We do not deliver to PO Box addresses.
We accept no responsibility or liability if merchandise is returned to us or if there is a delay in delivery which is beyond our reasonable control. We accept no responsibility or liability for undelivered merchandise.
GOODS SUBJECT TO IMPORT DUTY & GST
All delivery charges do not include possible taxes or duties which may be applied by customs. Any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Goods mailed into New Zealand may be subject to import duty. Import duties are calculated on the Customs value of the goods in New Zealand dollars.
The goods may also be subject to Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 15%, based on the Customs value of the goods, and including the duty (if any) and postal/courier charges. Goods liable for duty and GST of NZ$60 or more cannot be released until the charges are paid.
There will also be an import entry transaction fee (IETF) and MPI biosecurity system entry levy. if your goods are valued at NZ$1,000 or more, you will need a client code.
Please note that in accordance with Australian export regulations we are required to declare the exact value of all items and identify the order as dutiable “merchandise”. We are also prohibited by law from identifying an order as a “gift” for export purposes, even if a customer has placed the order with the intention of delivery to a gift recipient.

When your online purchase is complete you will receive an email containing your order confirmation and delivery details. We will also send you another email providing you with a link that will allow you to track and trace the status of your delivery at any time.
